The Lygna (also Lyngdalselva ) is a river in southern Norway that flows from Fjotland to Lyngdal in Agder .

The river has its source at Øyvatn in the old municipality of Fjotland (now Kvinesdal ). The river flows over Eiken and Hægebostad and flows into the Lyngdalsfjorden between Årnes and Kvavikin . The largest waterfall is at Kvåsfossen and is 36 meters high. Lyngdal Municipality is named after this river.
