The Maru-Se was a planned micro-submarine class of the Imperial Japanese Navy towards the end of the Pacific War . At the end of the war, only a prototype in Yokohama was about to be completed. Neither the appearance nor the dimensions of the ship are known of the rocket submarine, which was designed in the strictest of secrecy. The drive was based on hydrogen peroxide and ammonium radical (H2N). Two 45-cm torpedoes were provided in the bow as primary armament .
