Masato Koga ( Japanese 古 賀 正人 , Koga Masato ; born May 22, 1970 in Shizuoka Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Koga learned to play soccer on the school team of Shimizu Commercial High School and the university team of Hōsei University . He signed his first contract in 1993 with the Yokohama Marinos . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . With the club he became Japanese champion in 1995 . For the club, he completed 27 first division games. In 1997 he moved to the second division Sagan Tosu . For the club he completed 105 games. In 2001 he moved to Sagawa Express Chukyo SC . At the end of 2006 he ended his career as a football player.
