According to his club, the 1.84-meter-tall defensive player De los Santos emerged from the youth team Danubios . There he made his debut in the Apertura 2013 in the Primera División . In the 2013/14 season he played twelve top division games (one goal). His team won the 2013 Apertura as first in the table and finally the Uruguayan championship of that season. In the 2014/15 season he was used in 18 first division games (no goal), two games (no goal) of the Copa Sudamericana 2014 and five matches (no goal) of the Copa Libertadores 2015 . During the 2015/16 season he made 16 first division appearances (one goal) and was on the pitch once (no goal) in the 2015 Copa Sudamericana . In the 2016 season he played in 13 more (no goal), in 2017 in 14 top division games (one goal) and two matches (no goal) of the Copa Sudamericana 2017 . In early July 2017, Millonarios FC signed him on loan. So far (as of December 17, 2017) he has played 23 first division games (two goals) for the Colombians. With Millonarios he became Colombian champion in December 2017.
