Matamorisca is a Spanish town in the province of Palencia in the autonomous community of Castile and León . The formerly independent community came to Aguilar de Campoo in the 1970s . Matalbaniega is located eight kilometers northwest of the main town of the municipality.

Attractions

• Church of San Juan , built with parts of a Romanesque previous church. The tower is from the 17th century.
