Matej Beňuš (born November 2, 1987 in Bratislava ) is a Slovak slalom canoeist .

In 2010 he won the overall World Cup in the Canadian Singles (C1) competition.

His older sister Dana Mann (née Beňušová) is also a successful canoeist and has already won World Cup gold in canoe slalom.
