Mathias Bachstein (born June 18, 1986 ) is an Austrian football player .
Career
Bachstein began his career in 1995 when he was nine years old with the then regional league team SCR Altach . He went through all the youth departments of the black and white, before he came to the amateurs of the Altach in 2006, where he made a name for himself with good performances in 2008.
The Altach coach Urs Schönenberger let Bachstein appear for the first time in the Bundesliga on December 13, 2008. Bachstein came into play in the 89th minute for the German Stephan Kling . The game ended 1: 3. It was his only mission. He then played again in the second team, with whom he rose to the Regionalliga West in 2009 . From 2016 to 2018 he played for FC Koblach in the Vorarlberg regional league . In summer 2018 he moved back to Altach, where he plays in the third team.
