Mathias Petry

Mathias Petry (* 1964 in Stade ) is a German writer , journalist and musician .

Life

Mathias Petry came to Bavaria as a child. Even before he graduated from high school, he began working as a journalist for daily newspapers, local radio and later also local television. He has been an editor since 1987. In 2015 his first satirical novel "Hudlhub" appeared, which has now reached its third edition. With the band of the same name - Hudlhub - he has since appeared on many Bavarian cabaret stages. Before that, he had repeatedly published non-fiction and book chapters. Mathias Petry lives with his family in the Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm district .
