Mathias Wehinger (born December 11, 1997 ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Wehinger began his career at FC Dornbirn in 1913 . In May 2014 he played for the first time for the second team of Dornbirn in the sixth highest division. In November 2014 he made his debut against FC Pinzgau Saalfelden for the Vorarlberg first team in the regional league . By the end of the season he made six appearances in the third-highest division. In the 2015/16 season, Wehinger played twelve games in the regional league.

In August 2016 he scored his first regional league against FC Hard . In the 2016/17 season he made 24 appearances in which he was able to score a goal. 18 goalless appearances followed in the 2017/18 season. During the 2018/19 season, Wehinger was on a world tour, from which he returned for the 2019/20 season and joined the second team from Dornbirn. In June 2020 he played for the first time in the 2nd league for the meanwhile promoted first team of Vorarlberg when he came on as a substitute for Maurice Mathis on matchday 21 of the 2019/20 season against Kapfenberger SV in the 90th minute .
