Matteo Valli (born September 11, 1986 ) is a San Marino soccer player . With four goals he is currently the record scorer of the San Marinese U-21s .

Career

In the club

Valli began his career at San Marino Calcio , where he was used in the C2 series. This makes Valli one of the few San Marinese players who have played in the professional field. In 2007 he moved to AC Cesena . In 2009 he moved back home to SP Tre Penne , where he has been playing ever since. He was part of the team that defeated FC Shirak Gyumri from Armenia 1-0 in the first qualifying round for the 2013/14 UEFA Champions League (first leg 0-3).

National team

Valli played for the U-21s from 2004 to 2009 and scored four goals, making him the record scorer of the U-21s to this day. He scored his goals against Lithuania , Bosnia-Herzegovina , Spain and Armenia .
