The Lithuanian football team U-21 Men is the selection of Lithuanian footballer of the age group U-21 . It represents Lietuvos futbolo federacija on an international level, for example in friendly matches against the national teams of other national associations, but also at the European championship that has been held in this age group since 2002 .
