Mattheus Wytmans
Mattheus Wytmans (also: Wijtmans , Wytman ) (* 1650 in Gorinchem , † 1689 in Utrecht ) was a Dutch portrait painter . He was first a student of Hendrik Verschuring in Gorinchem, and later of Jan van Bylert in Utrecht. On January 26, 1667 he became a member of the painters' guild in Utrecht.
