Matthias Kettner
Matthias Kettner (* 1955 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German philosopher .
Life
He studied philosophy and psychology in Frankfurt am Main , Heidelberg and Madison . After receiving his doctorate in 1987 with Jürgen Habermas and Karl-Otto Apel at the University of Frankfurt am Main and his habilitation in 1999, he has been teaching as professor for practical philosophy at the University of Witten / Herdecke since 2002 . He carried out a DFG project with Karl-Otto Apel and interdisciplinary research groups at KWI Essen .
