Matthias Wambach

Matthias Wambach (born September 28, 1963 in Kassel ) is a Berlin politician ( CDU ). He was from 2000 to 2006 Member of the Berlin House of Representatives .

Wambach studied law from 1984 to 1989 at the Georg-August University in Göttingen . He later worked as spokesman for the city of Gera and as a public relations officer at the CDU federal office in Bonn.

From 1995 to 2006 he was head of public relations, state manager and press spokesman for the CDU Berlin . As PR manager, he headed the media campaigns for the referendum that failed in April 2008 for the preservation of Berlin-Tempelhof airport and the Pro Reli referendum .
