Maua is a city in Meru County in Kenya . It is located at an altitude of 1500 m at the end of an asphalt road, about 200 km north-northeast of the capital Nairobi .
The Methodist Church runs a hospital in Maua. In addition, a Disability Community Center was created under the same direction from the work in favor of injured and disabled children and young people .
The Meru National Park is about 35 km away .
