The Maud Subglacial Basin ( English Maud Subglacial Basin ) is a large basin completely covered by the Antarctic Ice Sheet in the south of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It is located south of the Wohlthat massif .

Its extent was determined by seismic tomography as part of the United States Antarctic Research Program between 1964 and 1968. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1975 after its location in Queen Maud Land.
