Maureen Abla Amematekpor

Maureen Abla Amematekpor (* 1954 ) is a Ghanaian diplomat in retirement .

Career

From 1979 to 1992 she was a lecturer at the Ho Polytechnic . In 1984 she graduated from the University of Education, Winneba . From 1992 to 2001 she held a chair at the Ho Polytechnic. In 2003 Amematekpor obtained a diploma in business administration; 2004 a Master of Business Administration from Maastricht University .

From July 30, 2002 to February 13, 2006 she was High Commissioner in Windhoek ( Namibia ) with the Commission for Gaborone ( Botswana ). From February 13, 2006 to 2009, she was ambassador to Copenhagen ( Denmark ) and at the same time accredited to the four Nordic countries of Sweden , Norway , Finland and Iceland .
