Maurice Fauré (born June 26, 1859 in Chaville , † after 1909) was a French sports shooter .
successes
Maurice Fauré took part in the 1912 Olympic Games in Stockholm and the 1906 Olympic Intermediate Games in Athens . In the latter, he competed in twelve disciplines and won the bronze medal in the team competition in the three-position fight with the free rifle together with Léon Moreaux , Jean Fouconnier , Raoul de Boigne and Maurice Lecoq . In Stockholm he started with the dueling pistol in two disciplines: he finished 31st in the individual and sixth with the team.
At world championships , Fauré won the silver medal in Lucerne in 1901 and the bronze medal in Hamburg in 1909 with the free pistol in the team competition .
