Mauricio Pastrana
Mauricio Pastrana (* 20th January 1973 in Montería , Colombia ) is a former Colombian boxer in the flyweight .
Professional career
On January 18, 1997, he boxed against Michael Carbajal for the IBF world championship title and won on points. He lost this belt after two consecutive title defenses in the following year.
At the end of August of the same year he won the now vacant IBF World Championship title again when he beat Carlos Murillo in round 9 by TKo . This time he held the title until August 28 of the following year.
