Maurizio Mandorino

Maurizio Mandorino (born August 3, 1980 ) is a Swiss dance teacher and rock 'n' roll dancer .

Career

Maurizio Mandorino, whose parents are from Italy and who founded one of the first rock 'n' roll acrobatics dance schools in the canton of Neuchâtel , became world rock 'n' roll champion in 2007 together with his sister Jade Mandorino, who was ten years his junior. He is also three times vice world champion (2006, 2008 and 2009) and two times world cup winner (2008 and 2009).

The foot technique was one of his strengths. Despite his small body size for rock 'n' roll standards, he showed two double somersaults in his program until 2009. At the end of 2009 Maurizio Mandorino ended his career.

Maurizio Mandorino has been running a dance school for ragga jam, hip-hop and salsa in Neuchâtel since 2009 and has trained a. a. the rock 'n' roll couples of the Tic-Tac-Rock-Club in Cernier .
