The General's Mausoleum , also known as the Pyramid of the East , ( Traditional Chinese : 將軍 冢; Simple Chinese : 将军 冢; Chinese : Jiangjun-zhong; Korean : Janggun-chong; Hangul : 장군총; Hanja : 將軍 冢 ) is a tomb in Ji'an , China.

The tomb has the shape of a step pyramid with a side length of about 25 m. It is part of the culture of the Korean empire Goguryeo . The identity of the buried person has not been conclusively clarified. However, it is believed by many historians that it is the tomb of Gwanggaeto , a king of Goguryeo. The mausoleum is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, capitals and tombs of the ancient kingdom of Koguryo .
