Max Conradt

Max Conradt (born March 8, 1871 in Dresden , † after 1933) was a German politician ( DNVP ).

Life

Conradt was born the son of a businessman. After graduating from elementary school, he attended secondary school and then completed a four-year chimney sweep apprenticeship, which he completed with the journeyman's examination. In 1895 he passed the master craftsman's examination and had been the district chimney sweep master in Wroclaw since 1897 . In 1904 he became head master of the guild.

Conradt was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives from 1913 to November 15, 1918 . After the November Revolution he joined the DNVP and worked for various German national medium-sized papers and newspapers. From 1919 to 1921 he was a member of the Prussian state constituent assembly and from 1921 to 1933 a member of the Prussian state parliament . His main focus was on the questions of the middle class.

Max Conradt had been married to Emma Sattler († 1905) since 1897 and had two children. In 1909 he married Gertrud Perlitius.
