Max Dittler

Max Julius Dittler (born July 27, 1881 in Pforzheim ; † December 25, 1964 in Überlingen ) was a German administrative lawyer and judge.

Life

The factory owner's son Max Dittler studied law at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen and the Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg, among others . In 1901 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Tübingen . After graduating as Dr. iur. , the 1st state law examination in 1904 and the 2nd state examination in 1908, he entered the service of the Baden interior administration in 1908. At the beginning of 1918 he was appointed bailiff in the district administration, but continued to work in the Baden Ministry of the Interior. Among other things, he was a reporter for the Karlsruher Zeitung on the negotiations of the Second Chamber of the Baden Estates Assembly . In January 1919 he became the official rapporteur on the negotiations of the Constituent Assembly of the Republic of Baden . In 1920 he became a bailiff and in 1924 a councilor at the Pforzheim district office. From 1920 to 1930 he was also a member of the German Democratic Party . In 1931 he became the district administrator of the district Stockach and 1935 the district Wolfach appointed. In 1936 he was appointed senior administrative judge at the Baden Administrative Court. From 1939 to 1943 he worked at the Karlsruhe district office. In 1940 he joined the NSDAP . At the end of 1943 he was briefly employed in the Baden Ministry of the Interior. From October 1945 he was again employed by the Wolfach District Office. In July 1946 he was put to rest by the decision of the political cleaning commission of the Ministry of the Interior in Freiburg and temporarily continued to work as an employee until the end of January 1947. He finally retired at the end of October 1950.
