Max Hainle
Max Otto Hainle (born February 23, 1882 in Dortmund , † May 27, 1924 in Bad Nauheim ) was a German swimmer .
He started from 1894 to 1900 for the 1st Stuttgart Amateur Swimming Club . From 1901 he joined the Charlottenburg swimming club from 1887 .
At the Olympic Games in 1900 in Paris , he was in the 200-meter Crew swimming along with Ernst Hoppenberg , Max Beautiful , Julius Frey and Herbert von Petersdorff Olympic champion . Max Hainle was also a member of the German water polo team, but stayed here without a medal. At the German Championships in 1898 and 1900 , he was twice German champion over 1500 m freestyle. In 1902 he took second place at the European championship in jumping.
