Max Hellwig

Max Hellwig (born March 9, 1873 in Zahna ; † after 1932) was a German politician ( economic party ).

Life

After attending the community school in Halle (Saale) , Hellwig completed an apprenticeship as a baker , which he completed with a journeyman's examination. He later passed the master craftsman examination and worked as a self-employed master baker. He was a member of the board of the trade association and member of the board of the Halleschen bakery guild . In addition, he worked as a specialist teacher and master examiner for journeyman and master craftsman exams.

In May 1928 Hellwig was elected as a member of the Prussian Landtag for the Reich Party of the German Middle Classes (Economic Party), to which he belonged until 1932. In parliament he represented constituency 11 (Merseburg).
