Max Stock (judge)

Paul Friedrich Max Stock (born January 16, 1848 in Breslau ; † March 18, 1910 ) was a German judge .

Life

After graduating from Maria-Magdalenen-Gymnasium in Breslau in 1866, he studied law. He joined the Corps Borussia Breslau in 1866 . Stock became a Prussian auscultator in 1869. In 1874 he became a court assessor and district judge in Darkehmen . In 1877 he was transferred to Brandenburg an der Havel. In 1879 he became a district judge at the district court of Berlin I. In 1889 he was promoted to the district judge. He came to the Supreme Court in 1892. In 1900 he came to the Reich Court. He was active in the 1st and 5th criminal senate.
