Maximilian von Frank
Maximilian Karl Wilhelm von Frank (born April 27, 1831 in Sonnenburg ; † August 28, 1894 in Celle ) was a German administrative lawyer.
Life
Frank studied law in Breslau and was a member of the Corps Marchia there . His professional career took him from 1868, among other things as district administrator to Elbing . On February 1, 1879 he was appointed governor for the office of Celle or district chief for the (tax) district of Celle. On April 1, 1885 he became district administrator of the newly formed district of Celle . He held this office until his death. At the same time he was acting police director of Celle.
He had married Alice von Voigt-Rhetz (* 1866) in Berlin on November 26, 1887, daughter of the Prussian general of the artillery Julius von Voigts-Rhetz .
