The Mayer & Cie. GmbH & Co. KG is the world market leader in the manufacture of circular knitting machines based in Albstadt in Baden-Württemberg .
history
The company was founded in 1905 by six owners and four employees from mechanic companies. The first own circular knitting machine was manufactured in 1935.
