Mayta Cápac
Mayta Cápac , after the Peruvian Quechua spelling Mayta Qhapaq , was the fourth ruler (Sinchi) of the kingdom of Qusqu ( Cuzco ) (around the year 1290 ). As the son of Lloque Yupanqui, he was his heir and the father of Capac Yupanqui. His wife's name is given as Mama Tankariy Yachiy. His reign was marked by battles between his people, the Incas , with the neighboring Allkawisa (Allcahuiza) over the city of Qusqu.
