Mbanga is a municipality in the region Littoral in Cameroon . It belongs to the Moungo district .
geography
The municipality is located about 50 kilometers northwest of the former capital Douala .
traffic
Mbanga is located on the N5 highway and has a Camrail depot on the Duala – Nkongsamba railway line .
economy
The economic life is not very developed, most of the inhabitants work as small farmers for coffee or cocoa, services or street trade are offered along the main street.
