Mboko (also Mboxo and Mbuku) is a Bantu language and is spoken by around 27,200 people in the Republic of the Congo . It is widespread in the department of Cuvette around Makoua .

classification

Mboko forms the Mbosi group with the languages Akwa , Koyo , Likuba , Likwala and Mbosi . According to the division of Malcolm Guthrie , Mboko belongs to Guthrie Zone C30.

Mboko has the dialect Ngare.
