The McCann Glacier is a glacier in the Bowers Mountains of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows from the eastern slopes of Mount Stirling between Mount Radspinner and Markinsenis Peak to the Lillie Glacier .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1970 after the senior supply officer J. M. McCann of the US Navy, who was responsible for the occupation of the McMurdo Station in the winter of 1962 and was involved in support work between 1963 and 1965.
