The McKellar Glacier is about 38 km long and 2.5 km wide glacier in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Victory Mountains, it flows along the east side of Evans Ridge to the Pearl Harbor Glacier .
The northern group of the New Zealand Federated Mountain Clubs Antarctic Expedition (1962-1963) named him after the New Zealand geologist and glaciologist Ian Charles McKellar (1919-1986), who participated in the 1957-1958 campaign as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition was involved in surveys of the area around the nearby Tucker Glacier .
