The McKinnon Glacier is a glacier in the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . In the eastern part of the Aramis Range in the Prince Charles Mountains, it flows southeast of the Nemesis Glacier to Beaver Lake .
The area around the glacier was first explored in 1956 by scientists from the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions (ANARE). Aerial photographs of the same research series were used to map it. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it after its secretary Graeme William McKinnon (* 1921), who led an ANARE team to explore the Prince Charles Mountains in 1960.
