The Medvecky Peaks are a group of mountain peaks in Mac Robertson Land, East Antarctica . In the eastern part of the Aramis Range in the Prince Charles Mountains they rise up in the northwest section of the Loewe massif .

The Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions (ANARE) took aerial photographs for their mapping. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it after the geologist Alex Medvecky, who was part of an ANARE team in 1969 to explore the Prince Charles Mountains.
