Meech Wells is an American music producer .

Career

As the son of Mary Wells , Meech Wells found it easy to enter the music business. He began his career as part of the funk band Trey Lewd, in which Tracey Lewis, the son of George Clinton , was a member; this gave him the opportunity to work with Clinton himself. In 1993 he started working with rapper and producer Def Jef. The two produced Shaquille O'Neal's single (I Know I Got) Skillz , which was a surprise success at number 35 on the official US Billboard charts and led to them quickly making a name for themselves within the scene. Wells then worked on some remix projects before being introduced to Snoop Dogg by a friend . From then on he worked with him very often - both on his solo albums as well as on albums by No Limit Records artists, on which Snoop Dogg could be heard and on the albums of the groups founded / presented by Snoop Dogg, such as Tha Eastsidaz and Doggy ′ S Angels .
