Tha Eastsidaz is an American hip-hop - Duo from Long Beach , California , consisting of (Big) Tray Deee and Goldie Loc .

Career

Both (Big) Tray Deee and Goldie Loc were protégés of Snoop Dogg . He founded the group in 1999 and released their debut album Snoop Dogg Presents Tha Eastsidaz on his own label Dogghouse Records , which was awarded a platinum record by the RIAA . The next year, the second album Duces' N Trayz followed: The Old Fashioned Way , which also received gold . The group then broke up when (Big) Tray Deee was sentenced to twelve years in prison.
