Mehmet Sıddık İstemi (born May 30, 1989 in Diyarbakır ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

İstemi started playing club football in his hometown of Diyarbakır in the youth of Gençlerbirliğispor . In 2006 he switched to the youth team at Gençlerbirliği Ankara , but returned after just one year. In February 2009 he moved as a professional player to the fourth division club Fiskaya Gençlik SK . At the end of the season he left this club and moved to the then first division club Diyarbakırspor and played the next two seasons there.

For the 2011/12 season he moved to the third division 1461 Trabzon . With this team he celebrated the championship of the TFF 2nd Lig at the end of the 2011/12 season and thus the direct promotion to the second-class TFF 1st Lig .

In summer 2014 he moved to second division Karşıyaka SK and in summer 2015 to league rivals Şanlıurfaspor . For the second half of the 2015/16 season he moved to third division Amed SK .
