The Mehr News Agency ( Persian خبرگزاري مهر, Abbreviation Mehr or MNA ) is an Iranian news agency . It was founded in June 2003 and is based in Tehran . “More” maintains services in Persian, English, Arabic and Urdu , the website also contains articles in German and Turkish.

She is referred to by numerous other international media as "semi-official", analysts say she has close ties to Ayatollah Seyyed Alī Chāmene'ī : Parviz Esmaeili is the managing director of the “Mehr News Agency”, who is also the managing director of the English-language Iranian daily Tehran Times . This belongs to the “ Islamic Propagation Organization ”, which reports directly to the office of Chāmene'ī.

The US Jewish organization Anti-Defamation League criticized it as a "megaphone for notorious Holocaust deniers " because it distributed interviews with several well-known Holocaust deniers , such as the neo-Nazi Robert Faurisson . “More” also published an interview with Noam Chomsky , a critic of US foreign policy , among other things .
