My afternoon is an infotainment program on NDR television . Ilka Petersen, Yared Dibaba and Stephanie Müller-Spirra will moderate on a weekly basis.

Content and charisma

The broadcast begins at 4:20 p.m. and lasts 50 minutes, and is broadcast from Monday to Friday.

The content covers a variety of topics, including horticultural or finance guides. As a rule, the program begins with a current topic and recipes are presented at the end of the program. Every week there is the “ Adelsrubrik ” with Leontine Gräfin von Schmettow or the “ Promirubrik ” with Karsten seconds from the Hamburg local broadcaster NDR 90.3 .

Studio guests are invited daily.

There are also live connections to external reporters. The competition, like the double moderation, was abolished in 2019.
