The 2006/07 season was the 17th season of the Estonian Ice Hockey League , the highest Estonian ice hockey division . HK Stars Tallinn became the champion .

mode

In the main round, the five teams played 24 games each. All five teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. The first place in the main round was directly qualified for the playoff final. Each team received three points for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime, one point for a tie and defeat after overtime and zero points for a defeat after regular time.
