Mekenna Melvin
Mekenna Melvin (* 23. January 1985 in Saratoga , California ) is an American actress .
Life
The daughter of a theater director came into contact with acting at an early age. At the age of 5 she played a role as Woodstock , the bird from the Peanuts. She is a graduate of Independence High School in San Jose, California. She received her acting training at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City and the British American Drama Academy in Oxford , England. Melvin also has a martial arts education, she has the black belt in Taekwondo. She became known for her role as Alex McHugh in the American television series Chuck .
