Melchior Stoeckl

Melchior Stöckl (born January 5, 1891 ; † 20th century ) was a German electrical engineer .

Life

Melchior Stöckl studied at the Technical University of Munich . From 1917 to 1920 he was a research assistant at the Electrotechnical Institute. In 1922 he was with a thesis on harmonic current magnetization and ripple current measurements with ferrous gauges doctorate .

At the Ohm Polytechnic (today: Technical University of Nuremberg Georg Simon Ohm ) he became a professor of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.
