The Mendeleev Glacier ( Russian Ледник Менделеева Lednik Mendelejewa ) is a 16 km long glacier in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . In the Hoelfjella, it drains the northern part of the Payer group with a north-easterly direction of flow .

Aerial photographs and measurements by a Soviet Antarctic expedition (1960–1961) were used to map it. It is named after the Russian chemist Dmitri Iwanowitsch Mendelejew (1834–1907).
