Menoikeus (father of Creon)

Menoikeus ( Greek  Μενοικεύς ) is a figure in Greek mythology .

Menoikeus is a Theban nobleman and descendant of the divisions . He is the son of Oklasus , a son of Pentheus . His children are Creon , Iokaste and Hipponome .

The charioteer Perieres is one of Menoikeus' staff.
