History and description
The two-storey house was built in 1895. The architect and client was the Darmstadt contractor Ludwig Riedlinger Jr. Two visible facades were built from yellow clinker . The calmly designed main facade was structured with restrained, baroque stone decor. The firewall was finely structured with red clinker strips. The Wilhelminian style front door , with rich carvings and decorative grilles , has been preserved. The building has a mansard roof .

For architectural, architectural and city history reasons, the house is a listed building .
