The Mere Sike is a watercourse in the Lake District , Cumbria , England . It arises as an outflow of the Lang Tarn north of the Blawith Knott and flows in a northerly direction. The Mere Sike forks south of the Wool Knott . One arm flows in an easterly direction and is one of the headwaters of the Greenholme Beck . One arm flows in a northwest direction and flows into the Green Moor Beck .
