Merhawit Tshaye Teklu (born August 27, 2000 ) is an Ethiopian discus thrower .
Athletic career
Merhawit Tshaye gained her first international experience in 2018 at the African Championships in Asaba , where she finished tenth with 35.53 m. The following year she took part in the Africa Games in Rabat for the first time and was ninth there with 41.55 m.
In 2018 and 2019 Tshaye was Ethiopian champion in discus throw.
