It is located on the west side of Merseburger Strasse, north of the confluence with Herderstrasse. To the north, the house , which is also listed, borders Merseburger Strasse 28 .

Architecture and history

The residential and commercial building, designed in Art Nouveau style , was built in 1908. The facade of the large four-story building has bay windows and gables . There is lead glazing in the house entrance door and in the windows of the stairwell . The interior of the stairwell is lavishly designed with tiles and a ceiling decorated with stucco .

In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is listed as a monument under registration number 094 15268 .
