The house at Merseburger Straße 28 is a listed building in Weißenfels in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the west side of Merseburger Straße. To the south, the house , which is also listed, borders Merseburger Straße 26a .

Architecture and history

The four-storey plastered residential and commercial building was built around 1910. The facade of the spacious building is sparsely designed in Art Nouveau style and is characterized by symmetrically arranged bay windows .

Remains of the lead glazing from the construction period are still preserved on the house (as of 1993).

In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is listed under registration number 094 15269 as a monument .
